The Healdsburg cross-country squad continued to show improvement
last week in a pre-league meet held on the three-mile course at
Spring Lake in Santa Rosa.
Leading the way for Healdsburg was emerging junior talent Sarah
Sumpter, who turned in another outstanding outing with a
second-place finish in the varsity girls race. Below are the
