The 38th annual Kiwanis All-Star Football Game, now known as the
Richard Bigham Memorial All-Star Game, will be held this Saturday,
July 23 at Santa Rosa High School.
The gates open at 7 p.m. and kickoff is set for 8 p.m.
The annual gridiron clash will pit the graduating senior
All-Stars from the Sonoma County League against their North Bay
League counterparts. In addition, several senior stars from St.
Vincent and Tomales High Schools will also participate.
Last year, the NBL notched a 36-7 romp over the SCL for its
second straight win.
Windsor will have a strong presence at the game, as coaches Matt
Tomlin, Vic Amick, and Jason Little will join forces with Casa
Grande’s Greg Alexander, and St. Vincent’s Taylor Galloway to lead
the SCL squad.
The SCL roster will include Windsor stars Justin Oxford (OL),
Lorenzo Camarena (WR), Kevin Brown (LB), Kyle Smith (WR), Lee
Aranda (K), Stephen Camillieri (SS), and Daniel Schenone (OL).
Filling out the SCL roster are Healdsburg’s Carson Seanor (RB),
Dominic Tynan (DB), Gary Randolph (DL), and Travis Arreguin (LB);
Casa Grande’s Nick Sherry (QB), Jonathon Cole (LB), Anthony Poole
(WR), Makana Garrigan (WR/SS), and Mike Ielmorini (LB); Analy’s
Julian Titus-Patino (WR), Cooper Maloney (FS), Issak Olsen (LB)
Dallas Hamilton (DL), Cesar Inda (OL) Sean Benfield (OL), and Jimmy
Pitkin (OL); El Molino’s Mike Pierson (QB), Tommy Krausmann (RB),
Calvin Sandeen (DE), Ben Rhoades, and Joe Douglass (WR); Sonoma’s
Sean Daly (LB), Omar Paz (DL), Ray Mellinger (OL), Joey Casias
(DB); Petaluma’s Spencer Neve (RB), Casey Rodd (LB), and Adam
Nizibian (FS); and St. Vincent’s Jesse O’Keefe (DE), Connor Brown
(DB), Jeff Matthews (DE), and Michael Meiswinkle (WR).
The Windsor cheerleading team, led by coach Maureen Edgar will
also perform at the game. The squad includes captains Sydney
Baughman and Brittani Edgar, and features Molly Peoples, Maggie
Elliott, and Analy’s Carolyn Hobbs.
General admission is $12 for adults, $10 for senior citizens
(over 65) and children ages 10 and under will be admitted free.
Proceeds from the game will be funneled back into the
community.
