Analy girls sweep SCL tennis Championships

Senior Jade Wight captures third straight singles title
For the second straight year the Sonoma County League champion Analy Tigers made a clean sweep at the SCL Tennis Championships in Santa Rosa last week, capturing both the singles and doubles tournaments.
Senior Jade Wight completed an unbeaten season to win her third straight singles title, defeating teammate Alma Meckler-Pacheco 6-1, 6-0 in the all-Analy final.
Wight lost only two games all year, both in the SCL Tournament.
Analy was equally dominant in the doubles tourney, as the tandem of Gianna Sarsfield-Karah Bengs defeated Sonoma Valley’s Sara Kiser-Acacia Schow 6-2, 5-7, 6-2.
