The developers behind the Mayacama Terraces — two insanely fancy apartments planned for 330 Center St., in the empty lot between the Gold Bloom jewelry store and the Center for the Arts — have been releasing more details about the property in recent months. Its two second-story units, priced at $11.5 million and $12.5 million, will overlook the plaza. Plans show they’ll be surrounded by large patios, outdoor kitchens and a pool area. Here’s some more info from an ad published in the Nob Hill Gazette: “Scheduled to open in Q4 of 2025, the Terraces are priced only a notch above the sold-out Montage Harvest development residences at $2350 per foot ($12M per residence), a notch above the Montage with sales in 2023 at $2200 per ft, which pales in comparison to the elegance and location of the Terraces. Given the very strict zoning regulations in Healdsburg, especially in the downtown district, it is highly unlikely a development similar to the Terraces will ever be duplicated in Healdsburg.” The sellers say the next few months will be prime time for potential owners to customize the apartment design, since construction hasn’t started yet. They also claim that the vacation-rental rule requiring a minimum 30-day stay at “properties outside the commercial zone in Healdsburg” doesn’t apply to the Terraces — making them the perfect venue for “affluent families celebrating milestone events” who might want to rent both at once. Check out the listing for some mind-blowing renderings of how the other half will soon live. (Nob Hill Gazette & The Terraces by Mayacama)
